Partners has once again been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker Award-winning company, ranking among both the Top Leasing Firms and Top Sales Firms in Houston for 2022. Each list is comprised of only 10 firms, and we were among just five to receive both of these prestigious designations. This is the 18th time overall Partners has been named a CoStar Power Broker Top Leasing Firm, and the 11th time we have ranked among the CoStar Power Broker Top Sales Firms.
Congratulations are also in order for four of our brokers who were named as individual winners in the industrial leasing brokerage category.
Chris Haro, Clay Pritchett, and Zane Carman were all named Top Industrial Leasing Brokers for the Houston area—which means Partners accounted for 30% of the entire list. Additionally, Carlos Marquez was named a Top Industrial Leasing Broker for San Antonio.
Each year, CoStar identifies an exclusive handful of real estate firms and individual brokers who closed the highest overall transaction volumes in commercial property sales and leases within their respective markets. Winners are based on transaction data in CoStar’s commercial real estate database for all deals completed in 2022.
