Partners lands highly-regarded Office Tenant Rep team in Atlanta; Koenig coming in as Partner, Fabian as Vice President

Atlanta, GA – June 17, 2024 – Partners Real Estate (“Partners”), a full-service commercial real estate firm with an integrated investment and development platform, today announced that Chad Koenig and Katelyn Fabian have joined the company’s new Atlanta office. Mr. Koenig and Ms. Fabian, one of the best-known Office Tenant Representation teams in the Southeast, come to Partners from Cushman & Wakefield.

Prior to joining Partners, Mr. Koenig served as Executive Director and Ms. Fabian as Senior Associate with Cushman & Wakefield’s Office Tenant Advisory Group. They have successfully advised clients in leasing more than 8.5 million sq. ft. of office space, totaling more than $900 million in transactions.
