Houston, TX, May 30, 2024 – Partners Real Estate (“Partners”), a full-service commercial real estate firm with an integrated investment and development platform, alongside Elite Pickleball Club, a fully dedicated indoor Pickleball facility in Houston Texas, today announced a 40,000-sq.-ft. lease located at Bay Pointe Shopping Center, a newly-renovated retail center located at 2323 Clear Lake City Boulevard in Houston.

The transaction was negotiated by Lesley Rice, Andy Parrish and Audrey Schulz of Partners’ Project Leasing Team. The tenant was represented by Huntley Grichor of Red Key Houston.

Bay Pointe Shopping center was acquired by Partners Capital in 2021 as the fourth asset addition to the Fund IV portfolio. The property is located in the well-established and diverse Clear Lake submarket which is within a 15-minute drive of the area’s major employers including Axiom Space, UTMB Health, Boeing and IBM. The former grocery store component of the center has undergone a full redevelopment and remaining spaces range between 2,400-sq.-ft. and 10,000-sq.-ft. and come with tenant improvement packages.
