Houston, TX, December 5, 2022 – Partners Real Estate (“Partners”), one of the largest independent commercial real estate firms in Texas—and the company formerly known as NAI Partners—today announced that Evan Altemus has joined the firm as Vice President, Brokerage Services in its DFW office – Partners’ newest geographical location. Mr. Altemus will focus on multi-tenant sales transactions.
The addition of Mr. Altemus to the Partners team comes on the heels of a busy few months for the company, which not only rebranded in September but also recently announced the opening of its Dallas office and expansion into North Texas commercial real estate markets. The firm also recently announced that it had tapped Jerod Hangartner to lead brokerage services in Dallas.
Mr. Altemus joins Partners from Stan Johnson Company / Northmarq where he focused on representing buyers and sellers of multi-tenant properties across Texas. He has closed approximately 70 investment sales transactions in the last seven years.
Prior to real estate brokerage, Mr. Altemus was an active-duty Naval Officer for six years and three tours leading approximately 300 sailors in a variety of roles in the Persian Gulf, Arabian Sea, and Gulf of Aden.
Mr. Altemus has a B.S. in Economics from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from Rice University with a focus on real estate.
