All in, Audrey arranged nearly 800,000 sq. ft. of leases and more than 200 transactions on behalf of her owner clients in 2025.

Andrew Laycock—who was just promoted to Partner—was selected as a finalist for NAIOP Houston’s Rising Star Award in the Industrial category. Mr. Laycock’s strong performance and market expertise continue to drive success in the company’s  industrial division. The Rising Star Awards from both HOLBA and NAIOP are prestigious, as they spotlight emerging professionals (typically those with under five years of specialized experience) who demonstrate rapid growth, innovative approaches, and significant impact in a highly competitive market. Being named a finalist or winner is a rare honor, often selected from dozens of nominees by industry peers, and it signals future leadership in Houston’s dynamic CRE landscape.
