Houston, TX, November 4, 2025 – Partners Real Estate (“Partners”)— a full-service commercial real estate firm with an integrated investment and development platform—is pleased to announce the addition of Will Austin and Hunter Johnston to the firm’s Industrial Services group in its Houston office. Both Mr. Austin and Mr. Johnston were previously with Bridge Commercial Real Estate and were attracted by Partners’ unique business model.

“Will and Hunter joining Partners is a significant endorsement of our unique private partnership structure, where the professionals who create the value also own a piece of the firm and participate in all of the firm’s wealth building opportunities,” said Jon Silberman, CEO of Partners. “Their decision to move to our firm reflects a desire to move beyond traditional brokerage constraints and engage in a truly entrepreneurial, client-centric platform with many more avenues to serve their clients and create new income opportunities. Hunter and Will bring outstanding experience, and their expertise will immediately reinforce our market-leading industrial position here in Houston.”
Professionals joining Partners appreciate that the company’s operating model drives across the board collaboration, which leads to superior client outcomes. As such, Partners’ entrepreneurial-minded, client-focused platform has enabled the rapidly growing firm to continually attract the industry’s top talent.
“Partners’ platform is unmatched in the industry, and it offers the resources necessary to provide truly strategic solutions for our industrial clients,” said Mr. Austin. “This model translates directly into better service, more strategic advice, and enhanced services and investment opportunities for our clients.”
Mr. Austin joins the firm as a Senior Vice President, focused on tenant and buyer representation. His primary focus is to strategically assist clients with needs ranging from site selection, relocation, acquisition, and expansion. Mr. Austin has currently completed more than 250 transactions totaling in excess of 5 million sq. ft. Prior to joining Partners, Will worked at Oxford Partners and Bridge. He is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas and a graduate of the University of North Texas. He is also affiliated with the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
Mr. Johnston will serve as a Senior Vice President on Partners Industrial Services team, with a primary concentration in Tenant/End User representation for industrial facilities in the Houston area. His background includes experience working in construction management, providing clients with deep technical insight into their facility requirements. Mr. Johnston has completed more than 250 transactions totaling in excess of 4.5 million sq. ft. He is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas and is affiliated with the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). Additionally, Mr. Johnston is a committee member of the Sight Into Sound Foundation and volunteers for the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. He is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas.
“Partners’ private ownership model is truly disruptive,” said Mr. Johnston. “This structure allows us to deliver exceptional, insightful service to clients across the Houston area, ensuring their real estate decisions perfectly align with their operational goals.”
These hires are part of Partners’ broader momentum as the firm continues to expand its integrated service platform and burnish its brand nationally. The addition of these two leading industrial professionals in Houston follows the recent acquisition of Seven Oaks, an Atlanta-based property management firm; the appointment of Mitchell Hanzik as the new Managing Director of Development for Texas; and the promotion of Partner Ryan McCullough to Managing Director of the firm’s Austin office and the promotion of Partner John Colglazier to Managing Director of the company’s San Antonio office—all underscoring the firm’s ongoing strategic national growth.
