Dallas, TX, May 28, 2024 – Partners Real Estate (“Partners”), a full-service commercial real estate firm with an integrated investment and development platform, today announced that Jeremy Brubaker has joined the company as a Partner. Mr. Brubaker, a seasoned office tenant representation broker, formerly of NAI Robert Lynn, will be based in Partners’ Dallas office.

Prior to joining Partners, Mr. Brubaker served as an Executive Vice President at NAI Robert Lynn, overseeing the Uptown and Preston Center office markets in Dallas. His tenure was marked by an unwavering commitment to market immersion, meticulously tracking every tenant, owner, available property, and completed real estate transaction. Mr. Brubaker consistently ensured that his clients were presented with a comprehensive array of options to facilitate informed business decisions. His daily endeavors were primarily focused on cultivating relationships with office tenants, providing invaluable insights into market shifts, forthcoming opportunities, and strategic guidance tailored to their unique business aspirations.

Before his tenure at NAI Robert Lynn and joining the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Brubaker enjoyed a successful career in the oil and gas industry, specializing in lease negotiations and acquisitions of oil and gas properties. His experience in managing oil and gas assets in Northeastern Oklahoma and South Texas further enhances his ability to advise clients on strategic real estate.

Mr. Brubaker’s addition closely follows the announcement that John O’Neill, a seasoned Atlanta commercial real estate expert, will join Partners on June 1, 2024.
