Dallas, TX, August 26, 2024 – Partners Real Estate (“Partners”), a full-service commercial real estate firm with an integrated investment and development platform, is pleased to announce the expansion of its Valuation Advisory services into Dallas with the addition of 30-year commercial real estate appraisal veteran Kyle Knox as Managing Director, and Clint Gandy as Senior Vice President. The addition of this duo marks a significant expansion of Partners’ banking appraisal business.

Mr. Knox brings over 30 years of extensive experience in valuation and advisory services, having most recently served as Managing Director at Colliers. Experience consists of valuation and consulting engagements of individual and portfolio assignments of institutional and non-institutional grade commercial real estate. Experience includes property valuations of commercial real estate throughout the United States for pension funds, life insurance companies, various institutional real estate advisors, national, regional, and local banks, corporate businesses, and high net worth clients. Experience also includes originating, underwriting, structuring, appraising, and financing in excess of $4 billion of bridge and permanent real estate loans while holding senior-level positions at Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, New York Life, and A10 Capital.

Mr. Gandy has a rich background in the commercial real estate industry, specializing in retail, office, industrial, and multifamily markets, along with special use assignments ranging from solar farms to marinas. He has a proven track record of success in executing complex appraisal assignments over many years. Before joining Partners, he was with Colliers International, where he played an instrumental role in their appraisal division and was a key player within their Industrial Valuation team. Mr. Gandy is currently a candidate for the MAI designation.
