Houston, TX, September 25, 2025 – Partners Real Estate (“Partners”), a full-service commercial real estate firm with an integrated investment, development, and leasing platform, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mitchell Hanzik as Partner and Managing Director of Development in Texas. Mr. Hanzik will oversee development and construction efforts for the firm across Texas.

Prior to joining Partners, Mr. Hanzik served as Managing Director at Allen Harrison Company where he led the company’s development and construction functions. Before his tenure at Allen Harrison, Mr. Hanzik was a developer in the MidAtlantic office of Trammell Crow Company and began his career as an attorney in the Real Estate and Banking & Finance sections at Kelly, Hart & Hallman. Mr. Hanzik earned an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Washington and Lee University.
