Veteran Office Tenant Rep broker—recently promoted to SVP—relocates from Houston; will partner with clients in San Antonio, Austin, and Houston

San Antonio, TX, February 15, 2022 – Joe Bright, a veteran Office Tenant Representation expert at NAI Partners—the commercial real estate services business of Partners Real Estate Company—recently relocated from Houston to the company’s rapidly growing San Antonio office, enabling him to focus on serving clients in the Greater San Antonio area and Austin, in addition to continuing to meet the needs of his Houston customers.

Mr. Bright was recently promoted to Senior Vice President, just one year after reaching the level of Vice President.

Some of Mr. Bright’s signature transactions of the last few years include a 48,000-sq.-ft. build-to-suit lease for HCA Houston Healthcare; a 27,614-sq.-ft. office lease for AES Drilling Fluids at 575 N. Dairy Ashford; and a new office lease for Key Capture Energy Group at 801 Congress St. in Houston.

Mr. Bright is a formerly-practicing Attorney, whose transactional law practice centered around representing and advising energy industry clients in the exploration and production of oil and gas. He enjoys spending his free time outdoors with his wife Lauren and their two children, friends, and two Labradors.

Mr. Bright earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Houston.
