Fiesta-Anchored Shopping Center is Largest in NAI Partners’ Retail Portfolio
Houston, TX, March 8, 2022 – NAI Partners—the commercial real estate services business of Partners Real Estate Company—has been tapped by Wu Property Management to be the exclusive leasing agent on Willowchase Center, a 231,126-sq-ft shopping center located at 12900-12974 Willowchase Drive in Houston. Wu Property Management recently purchased the shopping center, which is anchored by Fiesta, Jo-Ann Fabrics, and Family Dollar.
