Partners Real Estate (“Partners”), a full-service commercial real estate firm with an integrated investment and development platform, is pleased to announce that industry-leading Atlanta retail professionals Fraser Gough and Benton Green have joined the company as Equity Partners to lead and grow the firm’s retail leasing and property management practice in Atlanta and across the Southeast. Fraser and Benton were previously at Retail Planning Corporation.

This announcement comes on the heels of tremendous growth for Partners in Atlanta. Since opening last year, the company’s newest office is now home to more than 27 of the industry’s most talented professionals across Investor and Occupier Services.

Mr. Gough joins as an Equity Partner and will be responsible for overseeing retail agency leasing and property management. Mr. Gough joined Retail Planning Corporation in March 2007 and most recently served as Executive Vice President. In that role, he was responsible for the day-to-day operations, overseeing leasing, property management and accounting. Mr. Gough has 25-plus years of experience in all facets of retail property types. “We are thrilled to be joining Partners Real Estate and are excited about expanding the retail services business throughout Atlanta and across the region,” said Mr. Gough. “Partners offers a unique platform with services in all areas of commercial real estate. Benton and I believe our knowledge of the retail services area will be a perfect match.

Mr. Green joins as an Equity Partner and will serve as retail agency leasing lead. Mr. Green originally joined Retail Planning Corporation in 2010 and has over 15 years of experience in shopping center leasing, development and management.
