In this new role, Mr. Strake will further augment Partners’ already-robust Office Project Leasing capabilities, leveraging his deep knowledge of institutional clients to help win new clients, and to also enhance the service of delivery Partners provides to current landlord-side customers.

Mr. Strake comes to Partners from Cushman and Wakefield and Colvill, where he was responsible for leasing and marketing a 3.17 million square foot portfolio of premier Class-A office properties throughout Houston, Texas. Mr. Strake brings over nine years of commercial real estate experience and has successfully negotiated over 340 leasing transactions totaling over 3.83 million square feet over his career. In the last 3 years, Mr. Strake has been named a 2022 “Heavy Hitter” by the Houston Business Journal (topping the list at #19), has been awarded by REDnews as the winner of the 2021 “Emerging Leader of the Year” award and has been named a 2020 CoStar “Power Broker,” honoring the top office leasing brokers in Houston, Texas.
