Mr. Huff, based in Houston, has been a powerhouse in Investment Sales, notably recently facilitating the sale of an 89,558-sq.-ft. industrial property at 16920 Kuykendahl Rd.
Mr. Stockard specializes in Investment Sales in Houston and continues to excel in securing high-value transactions. One of his largest of 2025 was the sale of a 50,532-sq.-ft. industrial building located at 29315 Highway Blvd.
Mr. Watson is a leader in Medical Investment Sales in Austin, recently arranging the sale of the 9,875-sq.-ft. Spicewood Surgery Center at 13617 Caldwell Dr.
This trio’s clients-first mentality and ability to consistently deliver results has made them standout performers in the industry.
Langston Sutcliffe, based in Dallas, was promoted to Vice President, and has continued to excel as he builds his industrial business, including arranging a 104,830-sq.-ft. lease for ProSource Industries at 602 Fountain Parkway in Grand Prairie.
