Houston, TX, January 8, 2025 – Partners Capital, the investment platform of Partners Real Estate (“Partners”), today announced the acquisition of Fidelity Road Industrial Park, a three-building, 13-acre industrial portfolio located at 4204, 4206, and 4208 Fidelity St. in Houston.
The acquisition of the 198,290-sq.-ft. asset marks the latest, and final, addition to Partners Capital’s Opportunity Fund V investment vehicle. Constructed in 1980, the property is leased to two tenants and benefits from in-demand features including oversized rollup doors, functional clear and hook heights, and high-capacity bridge crane infrastructure. The East Houston crane-served manufacturing market continues to perform as a top performer in the region with high occupancy figures and strong rent growth. Financing for the transaction was provided by SouthState Bank. Travis Land at Partners sourced and brokered the transaction.
