San Marcos, TX, November 11, 2024 – Partners Capital, the investment platform of Partners Real Estate, is pleased to announce the successful disposition of San Marcos Place, a prominent retail property located at 900 Bugg Lane in San Marcos, Texas. Partners Capital acquired the 73,882-sq.-ft. asset in June 2018 as part of Partners Opportunity Fund II, and sold it to a private buyer based in Austin, Texas. The sale marks the official closing of Partners Opportunity Fund II.

San Marcos Place—built in 1985 and renovated in 2017—was 82% occupied at the time of sale. Cathy Nabours and Kyle Shaffer with SRS Real Estate Partners represented Partners Capital in the transaction.
