Houston, TX, September 20, 2024 – Partners Capital, the investment platform of Partners Real Estate, is pleased to announce the successful disposition of Trails at 620, a prominent retail property in Austin, Texas. The property, located at 8300 N FM 620, spans 69,037 square feet across seven buildings on 15.42 acres. Partners Capital acquired the asset in October 2020.
