Dove joins as Senior Vice President, deepening the firm’s Office Tenant Representation capabilities in the Atlanta market

Atlanta, GA – May 8, 2026 – Partners Real Estate—a private partnership-led fully-integrated commercial real estate firm—today announced that that Trey Dove has joined the firm as a Senior Vice President in the Atlanta office. Mr. Dove will be part of the Office Tenant Representation team, advising occupiers on strategic real estate decisions across the Southeast.

Mr. Dove brings significant experience advising local tech companies, law firms, and Atlanta-based businesses on their real estate strategies. His recent transaction history includes representing Freeman Mathis & Gary in a 108,000-sq.-ft. lease, TK Elevator in an 82,000-sq.-ft. transaction, Varian Medical Systems in a 55,000-sq.-ft. deal, and Relay Payments in a 25,000-sq.-ft. lease. His Atlanta-area clients include Airia, Verusen, Asian American Hotel Owners Association, Center for the Visually Impaired, and Wargo French Singer.

Mr. Dove began his tenant representation career with Cushman & Wakefield and has spent the past two years Capital Real Estate Group. His earlier experience includes roles with CoStar Group and Real Estate Resource Group, where he developed expertise in data analytics and large-scale portfolio insights.
