Houston, TX, October 9, 2024 – Partners Capital, the investment platform of Partners Real Estate, is pleased to announce it has successfully monetized its Fund III portfolio with the recent sale of Trails at 620, a prominent retail center in Austin, Texas. The fund was launched in December 2018 and raised $25.5 million with the initiative to invest in flex, industrial, and retail assets in the major Texas markets. The successful divestment of all Fund III assets enabled Partners Capital to return nearly $60 million to its investors.

Partners Capital’s Fund III featured a diverse portfolio of industrial, retail, and flex assets across major Texas markets, totaling 541,982 square feet. The successful execution of the fund’s value-add strategy has delivered strong returns for investors and positions Partners’ investment platform for continued growth in its upcoming funds.
Looking ahead, Partners Capital is focusing on its latest value-add fund, Opportunity Fund V, which targets high-quality industrial, retail, and office assets in major markets across Texas and the southeastern United States. Accredited investors can invest directly in Opportunity Fund V and other current offerings through the Partners Finance digital investment platform. Fundraising is expected to close for Fund V by December 31, 2024.
During the last eight years, Partners Capital has sponsored seven investment funds across three investment strategies and completed more than $600 million in transaction volume. Its current portfolio comprises more than 1.4 million sq. ft. of properties located throughout major markets in Texas and the Southeast.
