Announces an additional 12 Brokerage Promotions

Houston, TX, February 16, 2026 – Partners Real Estate (“Partners”), a private partnership-led fully-integrated commercial real estate firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of several distinguished professionals. Effective immediately, Kyle Kennan and Andrew Laycock have been promoted to Partner. This represents actual equity ownership in the firm for Mr. Kennan and Mr. Laycock.

Both Mr. Kennan and Mr. Laycock were each promoted to Senior Vice President just one year ago, underscoring a remarkable run of high achievement.

Mr. Kennan, based in the company’s San Antonio office, has facilitated over 1.5 million sq. ft. of industrial leasing and sales activity. Mr. Kennan has earned multiple notable recognitions, including the 2022 CoStar Lease of the Year for Austin and CoStar Power Broker honors in multiple quarters. A highlight of his recent achievements is his involvement in arranging a major full-building lease with global electronics manufacturer Compal Electronics at TaylorPort Rail Park in Taylor, Texas—the 366,115-sq.-ft. deal was the largest new industrial lease of the year in Austin for 2025, underscoring his ability to execute high-impact transactions in competitive markets. Mr. Kennan’s strategic insight, positive collaboration, and commitment to client success continue to drive significant growth for the firm.

Since joining the firm in Houston in 2020, Mr. Laycock has been among Partners’ top Industrial performers, demonstrating exceptional growth and impact‚ including earning the company’s 2022 Rookie of the Year award. His expertise spans seller/buyer representation, landlord/tenant representation, land sales and acquisitions, investment sales, speculative construction, and build-to-suit/design-build projects. A standout example of his contributions is his role recently representing the landlord to secure the final lease with T&J Corp at Rex Road Industrial Business Park in Friendswood. This transaction fully occupied the ±120,000-sq.-ft. eight-building park, highlighting strong demand for premium, crane-ready industrial facilities in a high-growth submarket. Mr. Laycock’s disciplined approach, deep market knowledge, and ability to deliver results have made him an invaluable asset to clients and colleagues alike.

The company also recently announced several key promotions to Senior Vice President: Wyatt Huff, Hunter Stockard, and Connor Watson.

Mr. Huff, based in Houston, has been a powerhouse in Investment Sales, notably recently facilitating the sale of an 89,558-sq.-ft. industrial property at 16920 Kuykendahl Rd.

Mr. Stockard specializes in Investment Sales in Houston and continues to excel in securing high-value transactions. One of his largest of 2025 was the sale of a 50,532-sq.-ft. industrial building located at 29315 Highway Blvd.

Mr. Watson is a leader in Medical Investment Sales in Austin, recently arranging the sale of the 9,875-sq.-ft. Spicewood Surgery Center at 13617 Caldwell Dr.

This trio’s clients-first mentality and ability to consistently deliver results has made them standout performers in the industry.

Langston Sutcliffe, based in Dallas, was promoted to Vice President, and has continued to excel as he builds his industrial business, including arranging a 104,830-sq.-ft. lease for ProSource Industries at 602 Fountain Parkway in Grand Prairie.
