Commercial real estate company closes out 25th year in business with a bang, between a top-to-bottom renaming and rebranding, entering Dallas with a new office, and closing out another record-breaking year

Houston, TX, December 20, 2022 – Partners Real Estate (“Partners”), one of the largest independent commercial real estate firms in Texas, has already exceeded its previous record-high for revenue—set just one year ago in 2021—with several weeks still to go. Partners’ 2022 has been punctuated with a flurry of accomplishments for the organization, from a complete brand overhaul—changing its name to Partners Real Estate from NAI Partners—to entering the DFW market and opening up a brand new office in Dallas, a plethora of high-profile new hires, and much more.

2022 was a busy year for Partners even by the company’s own standards for growth, as it not only expanded its Houston headquarters but also debuted its Investor Services business line and launched an entirely reimagined website. All the while hiring away several of the biggest names in the commercial real estate industry.

The aforementioned addition of Partners’ Investor Services business line marked the beginning of a spree of industry veterans joining the firm, including Senior Vice President of Investor Services, Jennifer Clendening who came to Partners from CBRE. Industry veteran Cliff Parker came aboard to helm the company’s Property Services division as Senior Vice President. Brad Kovach, CPM was recruited away from Belvoir Real Estate to lead its Property Management service line in Central Texas. And Vince Strake came over from Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Vice President specializing in Office Project Leasing.

Partners’ rapidly growing Valuation Advisory business line also expanded and entered into the central Texas market, tapping Matthew Mitchell to serve as Director for San Antonio and Austin.

On the development and investment side, Carter Perrin joined the firm as a Partner and Managing Director of Partners Development, and Dan Moody came onboard as Partner and Managing Director of Partners Capital’s new Land Fund that also launched this year.

In Dallas—where Partners’ new office space at 1717 McKinney opened in November—industry veteran Jerod Hangarter was tapped to lead the new DFW office as Managing Director, and Evan Altemus joined as Vice President of Brokerage Services.
