Sugar Land, TX, June 23, 2023 – Partners Real Estate (“Partners”), one of the largest independent commercial real estate firms in Texas, arranged the sale of a 50,000-sq.-ft. freezer/cooler building in Sugar Land Business Park located at 12501 Cardinal Meadow in Sugar Land, Texas.

Partners’ Chris Caudill, SIOR and Transwesterns’ John Ferruzzo, SIOR represented the seller, Mainna Investments, LP, in the transaction. The buyer, Gearment Investments, LLC, was represented by Will Austin, SIOR at Bridge Commercial.
