The high-rise is set to be the tallest building constructed in the city in over three decades.
The leasing efforts for the 224,000 sq. ft. of five-star, Class-A office space will be led by Partners’ Aileen Almassy, Equity Partner; and Melanie Wolfe, Vice President, of the company’s Office Agency Leasing team in Atlanta.

Office tenant floors span levels 11–18 and feature flexible layouts that accommodate individual workstations, collaborative space, and conference rooms, with 10-foot finished ceiling heights that provide sweeping views of the city. Each floor includes a private outdoor terrace—making 1072 West Peachtree the only office building in Atlanta to offer dedicated outdoor space on every office level.
