Houston, TX, August 23, 2024 – Partners Real Estate (“Partners”), a full-service commercial real estate firm with an integrated investment and development platform, arranged an 11,762-sq.-ft. office lease with Additech, Inc. located at 3200 Wilcrest in Houston, Texas.

Partners’ Jason G. Whittington and John Zivley represented the tenant in the transaction. The landlord was represented by Jill Nesloney at Cushman & Wakefield.
