Partners Real Estate arranges 164,072 sq. ft of leases at East Houston Industrial Park

Houston, TX, February 2, 2023 – Partners Real Estate (“Partners”), one of the largest independent commercial real estate firms in Texas, arranged two leases totaling 164,072 sq.ft. of space at 2425 Broad Street in Houston, Texas.

Lightning Inc. inked a renewal for 61,920-sq.-ft. of space, and Rigmore inked a new lease for 102,152 sq. ft. of space.

Partners’ Michael Keegan and Andrew Laycock, represented the landlord, SL5 Urban Industrial, GP, LLC in both transactions. Grand Hortenstine, SIOR and Drew Morris represented Lightning Inc. in their renewal.
