Houston, TX, June 23, 2023 – Partners Real Estate (“Partners”), one of the largest independent commercial real estate firms in Texas, recently arranged a 26,844-sq.-ft. lease with Waste Management National Services located at 3010 Greens Road in Houston.

Partners’ Chris Caudill represented the tenant, Waste Management National Services, Inc. and Brad Berry, Ryan Wasaff, and Cole Bercher with Welcome Realty Services, LLC represented the landlord, Welcome Industrial Sub Seven, LLC.

Waste Management National Services, Inc. will be utilizing the facility for its energy and environmental services division.
