Austin, TX – January 14, 2026 – Partners Real Estate, a private partnership-led fully-integrated commercial real estate firm, announced today that it has successfully arranged a 29,330-sq.-ft. lease for Sky Zone at 1611 Scottsdale Drive in Cedar Park, Texas. This transaction marks the first for Sky Zone’s planned Austin-area expansion. Sky Zone is the world’s leading indoor trampoline park operator.

Partners’ Eric Sheaffer, Vice President, represented the tenant, Sky Zone, in the transaction. The new facility is located within the Scottsdale Crossing development and is currently undergoing a complete renovation of the existing tenant space to accommodate a state-of-the-art entertainment center. Construction is estimated to be completed by November 1, 2026.

  • The Warped Wall, Freeclimb, Skyladder, and Skyline.

In addition to its active attractions, the park will include the Fuel Zone cafe, which serves a variety of hot food options such as pizzas, chicken tenders, nachos, and chili cheese curly fries. The facility will also feature dedicated rooms for private functions, lounge spaces, and back-of-house offices.
