Partners’ A.J. Williams and Travis Land represented SUNRGY Solar Distribution in the transaction. Beau Kaleel and Brooke Swerdlow with Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Logistics Property Company.
The facility will serve as a new headquarters for SUNRGY and allow them to serve customers more efficiently while providing them with top-tier solar energy products and services across the Greater Houston area.
