Partners Real Estate arranges 47,736-sq.-ft. industrial lease in Houston

Houston, TX, August 30, 2024 – Partners Real Estate (“Partners”), a full-service commercial real estate firm with an integrated investment and development platform, arranged a 47,736-sq.-ft. industrial lease with Helix Energy Solutions Group located at 3012 Venergy Drive in Brookshire, Texas.

Partners’ Travis Land and Braedon Emde represented the landlord, VEnergy Industrial Park I, LLC in the transaction. Jon Farris with CBRE represented the Tenant.

VEnergy Industrial Park will soon be breaking ground on two additional speculatve manufacturing buildings which are 35,000 and 45,000 SF.
