Partners Real Estate arranges lease of 104,830-sq.-ft. industrial property in Grand Prairie, Texas

Dallas, TX, April 29, 2025 – Partners Real Estate (“Partners”), a full-service commercial real estate firm with an integrated investment and development platform, announced today that it has arranged a 104,830-sq.-ft. lease with ProSource Industries at 602 Fountain Parkway, an industrial property in Grand Prairie, TX.

Partners’ Langston Sutcliffe represented the tenant, ProSource Industries, in the transaction. Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, Leon Capital.

ProSource Industries is a contract manufacturer of wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and electrical control panels for original equipment manufacturers. The new facility will support the company’s continued growth and dedication to serving its customers across the nation.
