Partners Real Estate arranges sale of 119.3 Acres of Land in Sequin, Texas

Seguin, TX, June 2, 2023 – Partners Real Estate (“Partners”), one of the largest independent commercial real estate firms in Texas, arranged the sale of 119.3 acres of land located along Interstate 10 in Seguin, Texas.

Partners’ John Colglazier and Kyle Kennan represented the buyer, Baltisse-Ackerman Seguin, LLLP, in the transaction. David Orr with Rockspring represented the seller.

The buyer is planning to build up to 1.6 million sq. ft. of industrial space on the land.
