Partners Real Estate arranges sale of 14,000-sq.-ft. retail building in McAllen, Texas

McAllen, TX, June 29, 2023 – Partners Real Estate (“Partners”), one of the largest independent commercial real estate firms in Texas, arranged the sale of a 14,000-sq.-ft. retail property located at 220 S 15th street in McAllen, Texas.

Partners’ Evan Altemus represented the buyer, Johnny Carson Family Trust, in the transaction. The asset was a great opportunity for a California based group to acquire a property within the popular McAllen Downtown District. Cindy Hopkins of Hopkins Real Estate represented the seller whose family had owned the property for 70+ years.
