Houston, TX, October 31, 2025 – Partners Real Estate (“Partners”), a full-service commercial real estate firm with an integrated investment and development platform, today announced that it has arranged the sale of a 4.25-acre parcel with a 29,475-sq.-ft. retail center and a 15,000-sq.-ft. vacant Walgreens building at 8050-8098 Westheimer in Houston, Texas.

The transaction was facilitated by Joan Collum, Partner, and Marc Peeler, Partner, who represented the trustee. The buyer was Dhanani Private Equity Group, which was the successful bidder.

The successful sale of this retail property was executed under highly favorable conditions for the seller, primarily due to the stability and robust demand present in the Houston retail market during Q3 2025. The market maintained a low overall average vacancy rate of 5.6%, which, coupled with a significant quarterly net absorption of 812,168 sq. ft., indicated strong tenant occupancy and demand for well-located retail assets.
