Arlington, TX, May 25, 2023 – Partners Real Estate (“Partners”), one of the largest independent commercial real estate firms in Texas, arranged the sale of a 6,146-sq.-ft. medical office building located at 1001 W Mitchell St in Arlington, Texas. This was a two tenant net leased asset.
