San Antonio, TX, August 7, 2025 – Partners Real Estate (“Partners”), a full-service commercial real estate firm with an integrated investment and development platform, announced today that it has arranged the sale of a 26,436-sq.-ft. single-tenant Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) facility located at 8034 NE Loop 410, San Antonio, Texas.

Partners’ Stan Nowak and Andrew Alizzi represented the seller, Harbor Capital, in the transaction.

Over the past four years, the principals have been actively investing in IOS assets through a series of joint ventures. Building on that success, Base Industrial recently launched a dedicated IOS investment fund and is now deploying capital on behalf of the vehicle.
