AI Prefab Solutions will locate its headquarters in the 196,523-square-foot Class A industrial building at Innovation Business Park

Hutto, TX – August 12, 2026 – Partners Real Estate (“Partners”), a full-service commercial real estate firm with an integrated investment and development platform, announced today that it represented AI Prefab Solutions, a Texas-based critical-infrastructure manufacturer, in its lease of a new 196,523-sq.-ft. Class A facility in Hutto, Texas. The facility, known as Innovation 8, stretches just under three football fields in length and will serve as the company’s headquarters and primary manufacturing site, with its first system entering production in September 2026.

Partners Real Estate’s Stan Nowak, Partner, and Andrew Alizzi, Vice President, led the assignment on behalf of AI Prefab Solutions, which designs, builds, integrates, and factory-tests prefabricated modular power solutions that bring hyperscale data centers and semiconductor facilities online faster, safer, and more reliably.

“AI Prefab Solutions needed a facility that could get their first system into production fast, that offered the heavy power needed,” said Mr. Nowak. “Innovation Business Park put them close to the data centers and semiconductor plants they’re building for, with room to scale as they add jobs and production lines.”

AI Prefab Solutions plans to add 200 to 300 full-time employees by 2028, including through a dedicated veteran hiring initiative, bringing new advanced-manufacturing jobs to the Hutto and greater Austin communities.
