Austin, TX – June 11, 2024 – Partners Real Estate (“Partners”), a full-service commercial real estate firm with an integrated investment and development platform, today announced that it has sold 8201 S. Congress Ave., a 59,435-sq.-ft. industrial flex building on a 5.18-acre site in Austin, Texas. The building was previously occupied by craft brewery Thirsty Planet.

The transaction was arranged by Partners’ Stan Nowak, Partner in the company’s Austin office, who represented the buyer; and Daryl Dadon of CBRE, who represented the seller.
