Partners also awarded leasing and management of the property, underscoring the authentic collaboration driven by the firm’s client-centric platform

Atlanta, GA – September 2, 2026 – Partners Real Estate (“Partners”), a full-service commercial real estate firm with an integrated investment and development platform, today announced that it has arranged the sale of Oakwood Station, a 27,019-sq.-ft. retail center at 3885 Mundy Mill Road in Oakwood, Georgia.

Partners’ Shea Meddin and Brooke Gothard, both Partners in the firm’s Atlanta office, represented the undisclosed buyer in the transaction. The seller was represented by Skyline Seven Real Estate.

Additionally, Partners was also awarded the exclusive leasing and management assignments for Oakwood Station, showcasing the power of Partners’ unique client-centric platform, which eliminates silos and fosters authentic collaboration. Partners’ Fraser Gough and Benton Green will lead the leasing and managing efforts.

“Our client came to us looking for a stabilized, service-driven retail center in a north Georgia growth corridor, and Oakwood Station fit that profile,” said Mr. Meddin. “The center is fully leased, the tenant mix pulls daily traffic from the surrounding neighborhoods and from the university campus across the street, and the submarket is seeing continued growth.. Our retail team knows this corridor well, and that let us move quickly once the opportunity came together.”

Built in 2008 on 2.87 acres, Oakwood Station houses 15 tenants anchored by Peachtree Immediate Care, part of the Emory Healthcare Network, and Oakwood Family Dental. The merchandising mix skews toward medical, food and personal-service uses, including Taco Madre Mexican Grill, Little Caesars, American Deli, Art Cleaners, VIP Nails & Spa, Top Style Hair Salon and Metro by T-Mobile, with a Tesla Supercharger installation on the site.

The center sits at a signalized intersection on Mundy Mill Road at the Interstate 985 interchange (Exit 16), a corridor carrying more than 35,000 vehicles per day. It adjoins a Walmart Supercenter and Sam’s Club and faces the University of North Georgia’s Gainesville campus across Mundy Mill Road.

Hall County has drawn steady residential growth from buyers seeking proximity to both Lake Lanier and the Atlanta core, with roughly 81,500 residents within five miles of the property and average household income projected to climb from approximately $98,600 to $125,600 over the next five years.
