Houston, TX, June 19, 2025 – Partners Real Estate (“Partners”) announced today that it has arranged the sale of a five-building portfolio totaling ±75,000 SF at the Rex Road Industrial Business Park, a 120,000-sq.-ft. industrial park in Friendswood, Texas. The sale comes on the heels of Partners leasing two 15,000-sq.-ft. buildings at the eight-building property.

Partners’ Michael Keegan and Andrew Laycock represented the landlord, Rex Industrial Partners, in both leases and the five-building disposition. Partners’ Travis Land and Braedon Emde represented the tenant, Traverse International, Inc. in the two most recent leases at the park.

Rex Road Industrial Park is situated just south of Beltway 8 and west of Interstate 45 in the Friendswood area. The buildings are designed with a 10-ton crane-ready structure, grade-level loading, and a 110′ truck court that can be expanded for larger outdoor storage requirements.
