Houston, TX, July 30, 2025 – Partners Real Estate (“Partners”)—one of the largest privately-held and independently-owned full-service commercial real estate firms in the U.S.— today announced the promotion of Ryan McCullough to Managing Director of its Austin market. Mr. McCullough joined the firm in 2020 and will now focus on expanding Partners and enhancing its commercial real estate service offerings in the rapidly growing Austin region.

Mr. McCullough joined Partners as an Investment Sales Broker and his significant contributions quickly led to him becoming an Equity Partner in 2022, recognizing his success in team building, fostering company culture, and demonstrating strong leadership in the Austin market. He was also instrumental in Partners’ development of the Easton Park Medical Center, a multi-phase medical and professional services complex tailored to meet the needs of one of Austin’s most dynamic and rapidly growing communities.
In his new role as Managing Director, Mr. McCullough will be leading strategic efforts to bolster Partners’ presence and client services in the Austin market. He will also continue to grow his brokerage team and business, ensuring seamless continuity and sustained high performance for Partners’ clients.
