Two of Atlanta’s best-regarded brokers further deepen Partners’ business in the Southeast

Atlanta, GA – September 3, 2024 – Partners Real Estate (“Partners”), a full-service commercial real estate company with an integrated investment and development platform, today announced that Brooke Gothard and Shea Meddin have joined the firm as equity partners.

Coming from Cushman & Wakefield and JLL respectively, Mr. Meddin and Ms. Gothard have chosen to unite their talents and expertise at Partners, which underscores the firm’s commitment to innovation and top-tier service in the Atlanta market.

Mr. Meddin most recently served as an Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield where he was named the top producer among the office tenant group on multiple occasions, completing over $800 million in transactions across more than 5 million square feet. His consultative approach and attention to detail, combined with deep market knowledge, has created tremendous value for his diverse client roster, which includes Smith Gambrell & Russell, Ameris Bank, Seyfarth Shaw and Wilmington Trust, to name a few. Shea is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and is active outside of the industry coaching his kids in little league baseball and youth basketball.

Ms. Gothard, formerly Managing Director of JLL, has also been a force in the commercial real estate industry for the past 15 years. She excels at building and maintaining authentic relationships, developing sound real estate strategies for her clients and executing flawlessly. Brooke has worked with companies across technology, professional services and utility sectors, and recently played a key role in the largest lease transaction in Atlanta this year – 260,000 square feet on behalf of Southern Company Gas, a division of Southern Company. Brooke is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, serves on the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl Board of Advisors, CHOA’s Emerging Leaders board, and is active in Jesse Itzler’s Entrepreneurial Boot Camp.
