Annelise Kapish serves as Controller of Property Marketing on our Investor Services team.

Annelise brings a wealth of experience and expertise in finance and accounting management to Partners. She most recently held the role of Controller at Marble Capital, a discretionary fund manager providing various capital solutions, including preferred equity and common equity, for multifamily developers, owners, and buyers nationwide. She also held the title of Financial Controller at Tzadik Management in the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area, and prior to that was Assistant Controller for Monument Real Estate Services, also based in Florida.

Annelise is proficient in Yardi, JD Edwards, Excel, and Lawson, showcasing her versatility in utilizing various F&A and project management tools.
