As Vice President of Project Services at Partners, Austin Ware brings a wealth of experience and a diverse background to his position. Over the last 15 years, Austin has taken a leadership role in project development, construction and project management throughout Texas.

Austin is responsible for ground-up construction, tenant improvements, capital improvements and multi-family projects in Houston, Austin, and Dallas.

Austin’s strength is in working with clients to insure they are provided quality service, with a solid and reliable management resource regarding vendor management, construction issues and value engineering.

Austin and his wife Morlley have been married since 1999 and have two children.
