Bob Voyles is a Partner in the Atlanta office, focused on development services and property management. He brings more than 45 years of leadership and experience in Atlanta’s commercial real estate industry.
Following his service in the United States Air Force, Bob began his career at Alston & Bird, where he became a partner before joining Hines. At Hines, he rose to Senior Development Officer for the Southeast Region, overseeing the development of more than three million square feet of office and mixed-use projects, 2,200 acres of commercial land, and the acquisition of 1.7 million square feet of Class A office properties in Atlanta. His projects have earned top industry honors, including ULI’s International Building of the Year for 1180 Peachtree and NAIOP’s National Award for the Cool Springs mixed-use development in Nashville.
In 2004, Bob founded The Seven Oaks Company, where, alongside partner Randy Holmes, he built a multidisciplinary firm with more than 25 professionals across development, acquisitions, property management, LEED certification, and asset management.
Beyond his professional impact, Bob has a long record of community and faith-based involvement. Together with his wife, Belle, he has spent more than two decades serving mission organizations across East and Southern Africa, while also supporting local churches and ministries in Atlanta’s historic neighborhoods. Bob is also active in Radical Mentoring, guiding young men and couples in personal and spiritual growth.
Bob and Belle have four grown children and 11 grandchildren, and are members of the Church of the Apostles, where he has served as Vestry Member, Treasurer, Church Warden, and Rector’s Warden.
