Brice Olsen is a Senior Vice President on the Valuation Advisory team in the Dallas office.

Brice has over 10 years of property valuation experience. He previously worked at Collier’s, providing expert valuations for all major commercial property types. His expertise spans fee simple, leased fee, and leasehold valuations for office, industrial, retail, agricultural, land, multi-family, subdivisions, and recreational properties.

Additionally, Brice has completed coursework in advanced income capitalization, market analysis, and highest and best-use studies through the Appraisal Institute. He is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute.
