Bryan Dodge is President of Partners’ Occupier Growth & Development offering.

Partners Occupier Growth & Development is a new offering for clients designed to help high-growth occupiers scale new development programs profitably and deliberately, with the strategy and structure to sustain it. The program will bring together strategic planning to chart long-term real estate and growth plans for new development locations; site selection built around each occupier’s specific needs; development and build-out from design through construction; and the ongoing management that keeps a property running well after it opens. Under Bryan’s leadership, Partners combines these four disciplines into one offering, giving occupiers a single point of contact right as their new development needs are stretching across more service requirements than ever.

Before joining Partners, Bryan spent 25 years in retail growth and development leadership, most recently as Chief Real Estate and Business Development Officer at Floor & Decor. He spearheaded the company’s real estate and development program that drove its transformative growth and national expansion.

Prior to Floor & Decor, Bryan led real estate strategy through the Office Depot–OfficeMax merger, where his team achieved substantial gains in operating income and executed some of the company’s fastest international store openings, including across the Caribbean.
