Caleb Bester joined Partners in 2022 as an Associate. He focuses on medical properties in the Houston area. Caleb places an emphasis on providing strategic guidance that increases the value of his clients’ investments while helping them meet their critical business objectives. Caleb leverages his local and regional market knowledge, and extensive personal database to maximize the value and exposure of an asset to ensure speed-to-market and the highest possible sales price Prior to his Associate role, Caleb was with the JLL’s property management team operating office portfolios for their clients. In his free time you can find him at a Houston Rockets game, swimming, or on the golf course.
