Callie is Partners’ Director of Brokerage Services, based in the company’s Houston office.

Callie is responsible for leading, mentoring and managing the company’s brokerage support team across its five geographical locations; identifying and managing existing and emerging software platforms to ensure Partners’ brokers maintain a competitive edge; championing training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge; and maintaining strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders, among other responsibilities.

Callie has 15 years of operations management experience, specializing in driving efficiency, leading cross-functional teams, and implementing significant process improvements. In her previous role as Vice President of Operations at Gibraltar Insurance Services, Callie managed a client base of over 15,000, driving annual revenue of over $5 million.

Callie holds a B.Sc. in Organizational Leadership from University Simpson and an Associate’s degree in Social and Behavioral Science from Butte College.
