Caroline Nolen is a Partner in Partners Real Estate’s Atlanta office. She specializes in Office Agency Leasing.

Having worked on the landlord side of commercial real estate for over 25 years, Caroline understands the needs and expectations of owners. Her years of experience include responsibility for prospecting, deal analysis, market evaluation and lease negotiation. A variety of landlord representation experiences combined with long-term relationships in the brokerage community have equipped her to approach every transaction with a partnership mindset.

Prior to joining Partners, Caroline spent 13 years at Cushman & Wakefield, 4 years at Barry Real Estate Companies, and 11 years at Equity Office Properties.
