Cary Latham is a Senior Vice President in Partners’ Texas Investment Sales Division and a Texas licensed Agent.

Cary attended The University of Alabama and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and Advertising, with a minor in Business. Cary previously worked in Industrial Business to Business Marketing and later transitioned to Industrial Investment Sales at Marcus & Millichap, where he received the Pace Setter Award, an award presented only to agents who meet an exceptional standard of performance in their first four months. Most recently, Cary received the 2022 Crexi Platinum Broker Award, a performance-based award recognizing the top one percent of brokers on the platform.
